Mike Garding

Senior Project Manager

Mike has managed projects in the retail, storage, automotive and restaurant industries. He also has extensive experience in office building construction and renovation, and tenant improvements. What he likes most about his role is that every day is different with a variety of tasks to tackle and sometimes, surprises to navigate. He’s known for his dependability and ability to manage lots of moving parts.

Mike is a graduate of St. Cloud State University, where he studied operations management. He began his career working for his family’s concrete construction company. After graduating from college, he went into retail management, serving as a project manager for new stores and remodels for Target Corporation. Next, he was a project manager for Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota, where he worked closely with contractors on the construction of 30-plus new buildings and renovations throughout the Twin Cities. Prior to joining B2, Mike was a project manager for another commercial contractor.

The Personal Side

Mike is married to Marlo and together, they have two sons. When he’s not busy with work, Mike is spending quality time with his family or volunteering locally with the Otsego Lions. He enjoys fishing, hunting, baseball, snowmobiling, getting together with neighbors and just hanging out. The 4th of July is his favorite holiday.
